    CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

     

    1.      Cost of participation in the exhibition.

    STANDARD PACKAGE 1090 EUR

    DISCOUNTED PACKAGE if registered by 1 Sept 2006 - 990 EUR (all inclusive)

    Equipped booth includes:

           exhibition equipment

    -        wall panels 1000 x 2400 mm, 1 table, 1 chair, 1 eurosocket, 1 lamp, 1 bin, carpet.

    -        assembling and disassembling of the stand, power supply, general lighting, general security during time off, cleaning of the gangways;

           making an inscription of the English or Ukrainian name of the Educational Institutions/Enterprise on the frieze of the stand by standard and monochromatic type (maximum 25 symbols).

    COST OF EACH EXTRA SQUARE METER - 120 EUR

    The Educational Institution (enterprise) can be accredited at the Exhibition without leasing the exhibition area. Information about the participant will be published in the exhibition catalogue. A representative of the Educational Institution (enterprise) will take part in the Exhibition activities, and will be invited to the Solemn Ceremony opening of the Exhibition. The Accreditation cost is 160 EUR.

    The Educational Institutions/Enterprise can share with another Educational Institution and allocate exposition on a collective stand (for example, collective stand of the Educational Institutions/Enterprise ?orientation?). The cost of participation will be calculated for one participant according to exposition square where the participation exposition will be allocated.

    If the exhibitors want to order additional equipment and services they must for pay it.

     

    2. Registration members of the exhibition and payment for services.

    2.1. For participation in the exhibition the Exhibitor has to send an APPLICATION to the Organizer by September 15, 2006. APPLICATIONS should be filled in, signed and sealed. Also, APPLICATIONS should have the necessary Appendices, which include information about the requisite stand, additional equipment and services. If such information don't be directed the Organizer assumes allocation of the equipment in according to the standard decisions. On the basis of APPLICATION Organizer and Participant conclude an agreement.

    The order of additional equipment and services after October 15, 2006 is paid in double.

    2.2. The payment must be made by national currency according to the Organizer's invoice set on the basis of the AGREEMENT.

    2.3. The Exhibitor's withdrawal of a whole or part exhibition area must be declared in writing by November 1, 2006. Withdrawal by November 1, 2006 will result in payment by the Exhibitor of 10 % of the amount of the AGREEMENT). Withdrawal after November 1, 2006 will result in payment by the Exhibitor of 100 % of the  amount of the AGREEMENT.

     

    3.   Allocation of the stands.

    3.1. In allocation of the stands, Organizers are to proceed from the scheme developed by them on receipt of the payments. The Organizers will take into consideration the Exhibitor's wish concerning allocation of the stand.

    3.2.  Reservation of the exposition area by the Exhibitor is realized after signing an AGREEMENT by both Parties and after payment for participation in the exhibition.

    3.3. Exhibitor cannot disassemble his stand until the official closing of the Exhibition.

    3.4. Exhibitors will be able to set up and prepare their stands on November 15, 2006 (from 12.00 to 19.00). Disassembling and departure of Exhibitors will be on November 18, 2006 (from 16.00 to 19.00).

                           

    4. Information Requirements for publication in the exhibition catalogue.

    4.1. Information about Educational Institutions / Enterprises (in the Ukraine or English languages) must be sent to the Organizers by fax or e-mail by October 15, 2006. In case the Exhibitor does not send information nor meet the deadline, the Organizers reserve the right to not publish the information in the exhibition catalogue. The Information includes: the name of the Educational Institutions/Enterprise; business address; telephone number (with the city and country codes); fax number; E-mail; website; the text can be in any form, but maximum 1000 symbols (not taking into account the address).

     

    5. Placement of the advertising in the exhibition catalogue.

    For the placement of advertising it is necessary to send the original text by e-mail by October 31, 2006. The original text must be, preferably, in Quark Xpress 3.32-5.01 (IBM PC), but it will also be accepted as a raster-graphics image in the formats: TIFF, EPS (300 dpi), vector - Adobe Illustrator 7.0-10.0. Colour palette: CMYK. Files are given of the all exploitable types or types are conversed in curves. A printed, preferably colour, hard copy of the advertising text is also required. Advertising texts can be submitted by CD-R, CD-RW.

     

    Cost of advertising in the exhibition catalogue is:

    1 page A5 (145*210)                                        Ѕ page A5 (145*105)

    -        black-and-white: 1 page - 130 EUR;              1/2 page - 80 EUR.

    -        colour: 1 page - 250 EUR;                             1/2 page - 150 EUR.

     

    -        dust-cover (colour): page second or third- 350 EUR.
